DataPipe leverages the amazing text processing abilities of TextPipe Pro with live data in your production database. DataPipe scans through your dataset row by row (minimising locking problems), enabling full production access without interruption. Best of all, you don't have to extract or dump your data to a file before operating on it - DataPipe connects to your database live!

• Reknowned search and replace with pattern matching, sounds-like and fuzzy matching (for fixing up common typing errors)
• VBScript or JScript (or PerlScript, PythonScript, REXXscript etc) filters can define custom processing for each field
• Convert end-of-line characters between Unix, Mainframe, DOS and Macintosh formats
• Correct capitalization (eg sImon -> Simon)
• Remove unwanted binary characters
